Owner Patricia Tatangelo introduces to you her second restaurant 255 by Alta Rossa Ristorante. With over 35 years in the industry 255 provides a fresh new take on inspired Italian cuisine with a unique flare.

Coupled with 20 years of experience as Executive Chef at Alta Rossa Ristorante, Gabriella Occhiuto has been featured in Dolce Magazine as one of the “top five chefs in Vaughan.” Gabriella has taught Italian culinary classes at Vaughan Secondary School. In 2001 she was invited to cook in Sardinia at the Chia Laguna Resort in Cagliari and was the featured chef in Portobello Restaurant, one of the most acclaimed restaurants in Nuevo Vallarta.

255’s menu offers some of Gabriella’s most popular and traditional classics such as our Steamed PEI Mussels in her mouthwatering marinara sauce, Deep Fried Calamari, and Truffle Rigatoni.

We are so excited to be back doing what we love most and we look forward to seeing new and familiar faces join us at our new location and be part of our 255 family!
